Julene “Julz” McBride is a Sound Healing facilitator, recording artist, choreographer, dance teacher and Pilates instructor based out of Long Beach, CA. She comes from a lifelong background in dance and the arts and has continued her love for music and movement through Pilates, creative movement classes and Sound Healing. After many years of teaching dance and experiencing life changing moments within her own healing and spiritual journey, she has a commitment to give back to the community by guiding people through relaxation techniques, breathwork, creative movement, and stretching practices. She created Expand Collective as part of that commitment, to encompass the variety of offerings that not only she provides, but also the dance and healing arts offereings / events taking place in Long Beach. She believes there is room for everyone to expand into their full potential and her intention is to provide a platform that showcases that!
